PLAY FITNESS INSTALLS NINJA WARRIOR THEMED OBSTACLE COURSES ACROSS THE UK

The Ninja Fitness course is Play Fitness’ response to the fastest growing area of outdoor recreation, challenge and obstacle racing equipment. Play Fitness has combined technology from parkour, rock climbing and rope courses to create the ultimate ninja obstacle course.

We have created a fun and social fitness experience for people of all generations and fitness levels. The ninja challenge is an outdoor fitness destination that brings communities together of all ages and backgrounds to socialise with one another whilst at the same time becoming more active.

All our equipment is designed to develop the fundamentals of movement: agility, balance and coordination, which are key in all forms of exercise. Finish your course off with an added extra 20-metre sprint track. This is great to use as a warm-up or to end the course with a final run to the finish point.

Stopwatch Play Panel with Posts

The solar stopwatch is an ideal addition to any sports field or play area. It encourages teamwork and fair play as you can time your team mates on an activity and ensures that each person receives the same play time. It's also great for the competitive streak in you, trying to beat your existing time.

V Ramp Run

You can run, jump or climb across the V ramps trying not to fall off. This helps with balance, coordination and lower body strength.

Up Over Ascent

You must run up and climb over making use of the grips provided. This is a great exercise for arms, core and legs.

Fitness Fin (set of 3)

Use speed and agility to tackle this obstacle, hurdling or crawling through the fins.

Balance Bridge

Traverse the beams without letting your feet touch the ground. This is a great balance exercise.

Floating Boards

You must climb from door to door without touching the ground, keeping a firm grip of the boards. This uses both upper and lower body strength.

Hurdles

You can hop, run or jump over each hurdle. The participant's speed determines the difficulty. This helps to strengthen legs and is great for balance.

Monkey Bars with Cargo Net

You must swing from bar to bar. This helps with arm and grip strength, also with the lower body when mounting and dismounting.

Pro Monkey Bars with Cargo Net

This great piece of equipment is the larger and more intense version of the monkey bars with cargo net. Encouraging arm strength and grip as well as lower body strength and stamina build-up.

Cat's Cradle

On all fours you can crawl through or step over the cat’s cradle, avoiding the ropes as much as possible. Be careful not to get tangled up! This exercise helps with lower and upper body strength.

Planks Traverse

You must balance between the two planks then climb over without touching the ground. This requires core and overall body strength.

Ramp Run

You run the full length of the angled ramp trying not to fall off. This helps with the lower body and balance.

Rope Stretch Traverse

You traverse across each ring stepping your feet through the holes provided. This helps with coordination, upper and lower body strength.

Round Platforms

You step or jump over each platform without falling off. This helps with the lower body and balance.

Traverse Wall

Traverse the wall horizontally using the hand and foot holds, keeping a tight grip. This is great for balance, climbing, strength and agility.

Step Ladder

You step through the middle of the ladder at your preferred speed. The faster the better. It is a great agility exercise.

Cargo Net Traverse Wall

This is two exercise stations in one. Traverse the wall horizontally using the hand and foot holds, keeping a tight grip. This is great for balance, climbing, strength and agility.

For the Cargo Net, grasp the ropes, holding your body close to the net, ascend to the top, hurdle over and then descend using the same technique.

Mini Ramps

The Mini Ramps are a classic ninja obstacle course item. You can run, jump or climb across trying not to fall off.

This helps with balance, coordination and lower body strength.

Breakthrough Boards

Crawl through each of the Breakthrough Boards holding on to the hand grips provided. This is great for upper and lower body strength.

Up & Over Net Pro

Climbing nets offers fun and challenges. To conquer the obstacle, user scale one side of the net, climb over the top beam, and climb down the other side.

Dragon Steps

The Dragon Steps come in different heights (300mm, 600mm and 900mm). Step or jump over each podium without falling off.

Cargo Net Traverse Bars

This configuration includes two exercise stations integrated into a single unit, allowing users to traverse across the bars and cargo net while maintaining your balance and firm grip.

3 Step Balance Bridge

While maintaining your balance. Cross the bridge without letting your feet touch the ground. Also available with 5 steps.

V-Step

Athletes must leap across each angled steps to successfully complete the challenge. The Grey surface provides a grip, while the narrow top adds extra difficulties.

Curve Wall Run

The ramp's curved design enhances balance and agility, allowing users to sprint along its surface with maximum speed.

Tangled Post

Brace yourself against the Tangle Posts. Traverse between each post using your arms and legs without touching the ground.

Traverse Bars

Challenger must traverse across the bars while maintaining their balance and speed.

Sloping Monkey Bars

The Sloping Monkey Bars requires upper body strength. The flower steps at both ends enable users of different heights to reach the rungs.

Sloping Monkey Bars (Set of 2)

Mastering the Sloping Monkey Bars requires upper body strength. The flower steps at both ends enable users of different heights to reach the rungs, while the step positioned in the centre provide opportunities for entry or dismount, offering a less challenging option.

Leap Net

Leap Net encourages users to aim for the upper section of the cargo net and then manoeuvre along the bottom to complete the course without making contact with the ground.

Plank Traverse Wall

Athletes are required to position themselves between the two planks and then traverse sideways to reach the end without making contact with the ground.

Sloping Balance Beam

Showcase your skills in balance and agility by mastering one, two, or three sloping balance beams. Configured with multiple beams also challenge jumping ability.
