Ninja Fitness
Ninja Fitness course is Play Fitness’ response to the fastest growing area of outdoor recreation, challenge and obstacle racing equipment.
Play Fitness has combined technology from Parkour, Rock Climbing and Ropes Courses to create the ultimate Ninja obstacle course.
We have created a fun and social fitness experience for people of all generations and fitness levels. Ninja challenge is an outdoor fitness destination that brings communities together of all ages and backgrounds to socialise with one another whilst at the same time becoming more active.
All our equipment is designed to develop the fundamentals of movement: agility, balance and coordination, which are key in all forms of exercise.
Finish your course off with an added extra 20 meter Sprint Track. This is great to use as a warm up or to end the course with a final run to the finish point.

Solar Stopwatch
The solar stopwatch is an ideal addition to any sports field or play area. It encourages team work and fair play as you can time your team mates on an activity and ensure that each person receives the same play time.
Its also great for the competitive streak in you, trying to best your existing time.

Split Traverse Wall
Traverse the wall horizontally using the hand and foot holds, keeping a tight grip.
This is great for balance, climbing, strength and agility.

Cargo Net
Grasp the ropes, holding your body close to the net ascend to the top, hurdle over and then descend using the same technique.

V Ramp Run
You can run, jump or climb across the V ramps trying not to fall off.
This helps with balance, coordination and lower body strength.

Up Over Ascent
You must run up and climb over making use of the grips provided.
This is a great exercise for arms, core and legs.

Step Ladder
You step through the middle of the ladder at your preferred speed.
The faster the better. It is a great agility exercise.

Round Platforms
You step or jump over each platform without falling off.
This helps with the lower body and balance.

Rope Stretch Traverse
You traverse across each ring stepping your feet through the holes provided.
This helps with coordination, upper and lower body strength.

Ramp Run
You run the full length of the angled ramp trying not to fall off.
This helps with the lower body and balance.

Plank Traverse
You must balance between the two planks then climb over without touching the ground.
This requires core and overall body strength.

Monkey Bars
You must swing from bar to bar.
This helps with arm and grip strength, also with the lower body when mounting and dismounting.
Hurdles
You can hop, run or jump over each hurdle. The participants speed determines the difficulty. This helps to strengthen legs and is great for balance.

Floating Board
You must climb from door to door without touching the ground, keeping a firm grip of the boards. This uses both upper and lower body strength.

Fitness Fin
Use speed and agility to tackle this obstacle, hurdling or crawling through the fins.

Cats Cradle
On all fours you can crawl through or step over the cat’s cradle, avoid the ropes as much as possible. Be careful not to get tangled up!
This exercise helps with lower and upper body strength.

Balance Bridge
Traverse the beams without letting your feet touch the ground.
This is a great balance exercise.
